First building of DMCI Homes’ Maple Place project now move-in ready

​Four years after its launch in 2015, DMCI Homes’ Maple Place development in its Acacia Estates township in Taguig has opened its doors to its initial batch of residents following the turnover of its first building, Linden, early this year.

Linden, one of the three six-storey residential buildings of the Boutique Hotel architecture-inspired mid-rise project, was completed in January, 13 months ahead of the committed February 2020 turnover schedule.

With the completion of the Linden building, DMCI Homes’ Post Construction Group already started the turnover process of its units for the first batch of residents of the 1.23 hectare-development.

The other two buildings, Aspen and Spruce, are also scheduled for completion within the year.

All Maple Place’s three buildings offer two- to three-bedroom units with spacious floor plans and a private balcony. The buildings also come with one to two basement parking floors for the convenience of residents.
